I have known and worked with Humberto Ayala on a professional basis since April of 1998. In my experience he has provided great customer service. He and his crew have always been diligent about keeping me informed of the aircraft status and strive to meet schedule commitments. Huey has an eye for detail and focuses on delivering a quality product. I have been very satisfied with his performance.

 

It is with great honor that I recommend Humberto Ayala or Huey. I was in charge of the repainting of Southwest Airline into the new paint scheme. I first met Huey when Southwest Airlines moved the repainting of aircraft from New Iberia, La to Portland, Or in 2001.

Southwest painted numerous aircraft at this facility and with many different paint schemes. Huey ensured that Southwest Airline repaint program high standards were met along with staying on schedule. It was not uncommon to observe Huey working along side the other employees mentoring and instructing on proper technique and procedure.
This was also observed on the FedEx and Oregon National Guard aircraft.

Huey has the ability to embrace any new challenge with little difficulty. He holds a high standard for quality and workmanship. Huey has exceptional communication skill with his co-worker and with the customer. I highly recommend Huey for any repainting operation of wide and narrow body aircraft because of his knowledge and experience.

 

On behalf of myself and United Air Lines, Inc. I would like to give our recommendation to Huey Ayala. Huey has been involved in painting United Airlines aircraft longer than I have been in my position. I first met Huey in August of 2001 where he and his crew repainted the first 777 in the world. Huey has been a part of many United aircraft repaints in the short time that I have known him, I trust him completely when it comes to painting our aircraft. Huey has great communication skills and knowledge of United’s paint spec better than anyone that has ever painted our aircraft.

Huey is hard working and relates well with his subordinates and especially the customer. I can always count on Huey doing the right thing and not attempt to circumvent the system. I highly recommend Huey in any facet of aircraft finishing.

To Whom it may concern;

Strategic Global Aviation, Rome, NY, is a start-up large aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility. Due to high workload we needed to add aircraft paint contractors to supplement our workforce. We contracted with Huey Ayala, Aviation Painting, and were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of each of these young people. From their first day on the job to last, each one was polite, very hard working, safety conscious, had excellent job knowledge and worked well with our experienced workforce. Before long, they were setting the pace, but retained the respect and comradery with their new SGA fellow painters. The aircraft being painted was a very large 767-300. We were able to complete our contract with customer satisfaction on time and on budget.

I would highly recommend hiring any one of these young people as an aircraft painter or any other position, as they presented themselves very well and were adaptable to new challenges. I would highly recommend contracting with Huey. He is expert in his trade and as a manager/mentor of these young workers. It is our intent to return them to our workforce as soon as the need arises.
